    Summary

    Unidirectional retrograde accessory pathways (URAP) can show accelerated atrioventricular (AV) node conduction. This finding is clinically relevant as it increases the risk of rapid ventricular rates during arrhythmias.

    Background:

    • These electrophysiological characteristics have important clinical implications for patient management.
