[Complex assessment of bile duct anastomoses]

Under study were the remote results of choledochoduodenostomy performed by convenient surgical methods and after valvular biliary-intestinal anastomoses by roentgenological fibroduodenoscopic, bacteriological investigations. The valvular anastomoses were shown to have evident advantages. The combination of valvular anastomoses with the correction of disturbed duodenal permeability, if they had been revealed before the operation, was found to be a preferable method. The data are based on the remote results in 80 patients in the terms from 1 to 19 years.
