Abstract:
An increasing intensification of intrapulmonary formation of the immunocompetent tissue occurred in the last 25 years alongside with pathomorphosis of tuberculosis. In parallel, a decrease in the size of caverns and reduction of the volume of the pericavernal zone in which newly formed lymphoid follicles concentrated was observed. As a result, the degree of immunocompetent provision of sick lungs increased 4.38-fold. In the same 25 years, more frequent healing of tuberculosis (from 0 to 11,1%) in the operation materials and reduced rate of amyloidosis (from 26 to 6%) in autopsy materials were observed.
