Abstract:
The analysis of the general principles of interaction between the immune systems of macroorganisms and the causative agents of infectious diseases helped to describe the mathematical model of the vaccinal process. This model can be used for standardization of criteria for the evaluation of vaccinal preparations in accordance with their immunogenicity, reactogenicity and and safety.
