Abstract:
An unusual form of secondary syphilis is reported. Because of the exceptionally large nodular cutaneous lesions, reticulosis or sarcoidosis was clinically suspected. The results of the serologic tests for syphilis and the concurrent histologic examinations established soon the correct diagnosis.
