Therapeutic action and ways of knowing

I have tried to do three things: To propose a working hypothesis to conceptualize the action of the psychoanalytic process in children; in the hypothesis such action is linked to changes in ways of knowing; to offer the beginning of an outline of the steps in the developmental sequences of knowing in childhood; and to demonstrate the applicability of the working-hypothesis and the sequence in development by way of a clinical case illustration.
