Abstract:
The results of the leucocyte-migration-test in capillar technique have only a relative low validity. The antigen concentrations used in the test influence the level of eliberated inhibition factor directly. Reproducible stimulations of the leucocyte migration was also observed. The antigens have a different toxicity on the leucocytes. All cells was vital after 18 hours in leucocyte cultures without antigens.
