Abstract:
While human milk is the recommended milk on which to feed healthy term infants, many mothers may choose to bottle feed. This article uses the differences between human and formula milk to highlight important and topical issues in neonatal nutrition. The second part of this article will cover nutrition from weaning to 1 year of age.
