Schwannoma with sweat duct differentiation

Summary
A rare schwannoma exhibiting features of sweat duct differentiation was identified. This unique tumor, presenting as a painless mass, shows characteristics not previously observed in benign or malignant schwannomas.

- The ductal structures and single cells stained positive for keratin (AE1/3) and epithelial membrane antigen, indicating epithelial differentiation.
- This represents the first reported instance of sweat duct differentiation within a schwannoma.
