  • Vulvar lesions in metastatic Crohn's disease can develop independently of the underlying intestinal disease activity.
  • Initial treatment with metronidazole, prednisolone, and minocycline provided only temporary symptomatic relief.

  • This case highlights the importance of considering vulvar involvement in the differential diagnosis of Crohn's disease patients.
  • The independent clinical course of vulvar lesions poses therapeutic challenges, necessitating tailored management strategies.
