Abstract:
Oligonucleotides possessing a shortened internucleotide bond have been prepared using carbocyclic nucleosides lacking the 5'-methylene as the monomeric units. Specifically, the oligomers derived from 5'-nor carbocyclic 2'-deoxyadenosine and 3'-deoxyadenosine will be described.
