[Extended pleiomorphic adenoma of the hard palate. Apropos of a case]

Abstract:
A patient presented with a large pleomorphic adenoma of roof of mouth measuring 6.5 cm in diameter and weighing 90 grams. Surgical exeresis was by simple enucleation with immediate covering of the roof of mouth by an extemporaneous palatine plate fixed with transcortical screws, this allowing rapid institution of normal feeding and reduction of postoperative management.
