Correlation of perfusion abnormalities on CTAP and immediate postintravenous gadolinium-enhanced gradient echo MRI

CT arterial portography (CTAP) can identify wedge-shaped perfusion defects. These defects correspond to transient, wedge-shaped hepatic enhancement on MRI, confirming CTAP findings.
