Abstract:
168 cases of conservative and 52 cases of surgical desinvagination are reported. The push-like insuflation of oxygen (under the pressure of 130 mm Hg) in large intestine after gaining the pressure of 20-30 mm Hg was preformed in case of conservative desinvagination. The electrometric control and management of the procedure has been performed. The following 3 parameters of biological beed-back were regarded: the acoustic noise, the fall of oxygen pressure in the rectum and changes of the abdomen volume. The method was effective in 91% of cases.
