    • Pregnancy leads to a significant reduction in glycemic excursions and variability in brittle diabetics.
    • Diabetes "brittleness" substantially decreases in the second half of pregnancy.
    • These findings highlight a potential therapeutic benefit of pregnancy on glycemic control in brittle diabetes.
