[Aspergillosis of the paranasal sinuses]

Because of the shortage of rhinosinusal aspergillosis cases, as the reported here, we think this article might be of interest. The lesion, localized in maxillary sinus, triggered a reactive pansinusitis, afebrile and void of general impact. Description of our way to attend the case, the procedure to achieve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis as well. Bibliographical references.
