Summary

Glucocorticoids (GCs) increase the immunosuppressive cytokine IL-10 in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients, potentially controlling inflammation. This study shows GCs upregulate IL-10 production, counteracting inflammatory cytokines like TNF-alpha and IFN-gamma.
