[Interstrain differences in the level of complement activity in mice, depending on their sensitivity to Mycobacteria]

The activity of proteins of the complement system in mice, initially differing in sensitivity to mycobacterial antigens, was studied. The methods for the determination of the functional activity of complement proteins (the total activity of the classical and alternative activation paths and components) were developed. The data on the level of the functional activity of proteins of the classical and alternative complement activation paths in CBA, C57BL/6 mice and their hybrids (CBA x C57BL/6)F1.
