Summary

This study introduces a reliable method for estimating bladder and rectum volumes using computed tomography (CT) scans in prostate cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. The findings show that a systematic sampling approach with 100-150 points on 5-7 CT slices is efficient and accurate.
