The applications and techniques of cell electrophoresis and the Zeiss rectangular chamber cytopherometer
Abstract:
The first part of this article is devoted to a description of the techniques of cell electrophoresis, its associated problems and its applications in research and clinical medicine. While the second part deals specifically with the techniques of the Zeiss rectangular cytopherometer, much of the information also applies to the Rank particle electrophoresis apparatus. Solutions to problems encountered in the use of this equipment with biological solutions are also discussed.
