Abstract:
A simple and sensitive method for measurements of secretory IgA is proposed. The method is based on passive hemagglutination inhibition test with sIgA commercial kit of reagents for Mancini test. The sensitivity of the method is about 1 micrograms/ml, the method is rapid and reagent-saving.
