[A case of isolated bilateral microcoria and ectopic lens (author's transl)]

The author reports on a patient having a congenital bilateral microcoria and ectopic lens. This is a not yet described combination of isolated abnormalities which are normally combined with other symptoms of Marfan-syndrome. This isolated ocular manifestation is to be regarded as a maldevelopment of ectoderm.
