Summary

This study found that nerve fiber layer thickness is correlated with pattern electroretinogram (PERG) changes in open-angle glaucoma (OAG) patients, but not with visual evoked potential (VEP) changes. These findings highlight PERG as a potential indicator of early glaucomatous damage.
