Abstract
Objective:
To find out the optimal extraction process for Huolisu capsule.
Method:
The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with yield of the extracted ginsenoside Re and anthraquinone content determined by RP-HPLC as indexes.
Result:
The result showed that the optimal extraction process was 50% alcohol, 8 times the amount of herbs, refluxing for 2 times, each time 2 hours.
