This report details a rare case of utricular papillomatosis, a non-invasive tumor found in the bladder

Background:

Utricular papillomatosis is an exceptionally rare condition.
This case highlights a unique presentation of a benign bladder tumor.

Observation:

A 50-year-old male presented with asymptomatic macrohematuria.
Endoscopic evaluation revealed a papillomatous tumor within the bladder's utricle.

Findings:

Transurethral resection successfully removed the tumor.
Histopathology confirmed numerous villous structures with cuboidal cells, showing no invasive growth or atypia.
