Objective:
To develop a new method of discriminating Lapis Micae Aureus and Lapis Chloriti.
Methods:
Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) absorption spectrometry.
Results:
There were obvious differences between the FTIR spectrometry of Lapis Micae Aureus and Lapis Chloriti from different sources.
Conclusion:
FTIR technique provided a method for the quality control and discrimination of Lapis Micae Aureus and Lapis Chloriti.
