Abstract
Objective:
To study the causes of late inflammation after endoscopic surgery.
Method:
Sixty-five patients of protracted inflammation after endoscopic surgery were investigated, by observing the pathologic spot and matched control of drug.
Result:
The orbit carton and aperture of frontal sinus and maxillary sinus were main spots of protracted inflammation. The drugs had no effect on protracted inflammation.
Conclusion:
The main cause of late inflammations is related to the high risk regions in endoscopic surgery.
