Electrocardiographic left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) with strain pattern in hypertensive Nigerians is linked to increased left ventricular mass and abnormal geometry. This ECG finding signifies a higher risk of adverse cardiac remodeling compared to other LVH indicators.
