Abstract:
The results of treatment of 87 patients, in whom an early ileus have occurred after performance of operations on the intestine, were analyzed. The main unresolved problems are a timely diagnosis and adequate tactics of treatment. There was proposed the method of their own of the short intestinal loop syndrome prophylaxis after performance of the small intestine extensive resection. Complications have had occurred in 12.6% of patients, postoperative mortality was 3.4%. Elaboration of effective methods of the adhesions process prophylaxis after performance of operations on the abdominal cavity organs constitutes perspective trend for further investigations.
