[An enzymatic micromethod of determining triglycerides in the blood serum]
Abstract:
Only 6 microliters of the blood serum and 240 microliters of the enzymic reagent are sufficient for an experiment with the use of this technique. The average analytical recovery is 101.6%. The normal reference values of 110 healthy adults aged 20-45, 60 men and 50 women, were found to be 1.23 +/- 0.18 mmol/l. This ultramicromethod is simple, accurate, rapid, and economic, and is recommended for clinical laboratories of a general profile.
