Abstract:
A radionuclide method permits assigning a strain to M. bovis or to M. humanis group, M. bovis R-INH, MOTT on the 4th day. The criterion is the ratio of population growth indices in control cultures and in the presence of an inhibitor, thiophene-2-carboxylic acid.
