[Identification of lymphocyte subpopulations using monoclonal antibodies]

Presents the tube variant of the indirect immunofluorescence method with IKO monoclonal antibodies, that permits studies of the immune status of humans (with 4-5 monoclonal antibodies) without sophisticated equipment or unavailable reagents; the method is simple and rapid.
