Verbal and visual short-term memory in children with arithmetic disabilities

Children with isolated arithmetic disabilities showed better verbal memory than those with comorbid arithmetic and reading disabilities. Contrary to expectations, no visual memory deficits were observed in the arithmetic-only group.
