Summary

A novel sciatic nerve block technique using nerve stimulation was successful in an amputee patient. The patient reported phantom limb sensations, enabling pain-free surgery and improved perioperative pain management.

  • The patient experienced effective anesthesia and remained pain-free post-operatively.
