Summary

Resin-modified glass ionomer cements exhibited significantly higher surface roughness after toothbrush abrasion compared to conventional glass ionomer cements. Toothbrush bristle type did not significantly impact roughness, with extra-soft-parallel bristles showing no difference from soft-parallel or cross bristles.
