[Mechanisms of a serotoninergic syndrome development]
Abstract:
Mechanism of a serotoninergic syndrome development in the heart, vessels, broncho-pulmonary system, gastrointestinal tract, urogenital system is characterized. Serotonin modulates growth factors and metalloproteinases expression, and influence edema, fibrosis and proliferation development. The role of serotonin in the ontogenesis of heart, the development of liver fibrosis and ulcerative colitis is discussed. The results of own research on serotoninergic syndrome in liver, kidneys and heart tissues presented.
