Abstract:
Cases of tuberculosis may have declined but the disease is nevertheless present.A social and economic pathology, it affects the most vulnerable and marginalised people, who, confronted with numerous obstacles, do not always manage to adhere to the treatment and/or its follow-up. Action by social services is essential in the treatment and care of people suffering from tuberculosis.
