Traumatic hyphema, or blood in the eye, is most common in young males, often caused by blunt objects. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial to prevent vision loss.

Purpose of the Study:
- To determine the incidence and characteristics of traumatic hyphema among patients presenting to the University Hospital of Boo-Ali-Sina in Sari, Northern Iran.
