    Summary

    Transoral robotic surgery (TORS) offers a minimally invasive approach for head and neck cancers. This study details the first TORS supraglottic partial laryngectomy in Latin America, successfully treating a patient with squamous cell carcinoma.

    • A 68-year-old male patient presented with hoarseness and weight loss after radiation therapy.
    • A supraglottic lesion was identified on the left false vocal cord via microlaryngoscopy.
    • The patient was diagnosed with T2N0M0 supraglottic squamous cell carcinoma.

    Findings:

    • The first TORS supraglottic partial laryngectomy in Latin America was successfully performed.
    • Complete tumor excision was achieved using TORS.
