Summary

This case report details a rare instance of bilateral ocular toxocariasis, where Toxocara canis infection presented differently in each eye. Diagnosis was confirmed via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of intraocular fluids, leading to successful medical and surgical treatment.
