CPAP Therapy Improves Intractable Hemifacial Spasm

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) may cause hypertension and hemifacial spasm. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment improved both OSA-induced hypertension and intractable hemifacial spasm in a patient.
