Summary

CpG-ODN did not reduce eosinophil attraction in chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) cultures, as interleukin-5 (IL-5) expression remained unchanged. However, matrix metalloprotease-9 (MMP-9) expression was elevated in CRS patient samples.
