Background:

Eosinophilic cystitis is a rare, poorly understood inflammatory bladder condition.
Its etiology and pathogenesis remain largely unknown.
Hundreds of cases reported since 1960, with approximately 20 presenting as pseudotumor forms.

Observation:

A 72-year-old patient with no prior urological or allergic history presented with tumor-form eosinophilic cystitis.
The patient underwent endoscopic resection as the sole treatment modality.

Findings:

The endoscopic resection resulted in a favorable outcome for the patient.
Symptoms resolved completely post-procedure.
No recurrence was observed during 1, 3, and 6-month follow-up evaluations.

Implications:

Endoscopic resection can be an effective treatment for tumor-form eosinophilic cystitis.
This case contributes to understanding the clinical and therapeutic spectrum of this rare disease.
Further research into the pathogenesis of eosinophilic cystitis is warranted.
