    Summary

    New cold-adapted (ca) reassortant influenza viruses, derived from A/Krasnodar/101/35/59 (H2N2), demonstrate temperature sensitivity and attenuation. These reassortants show promising immunogenicity and protective effectiveness for live influenza vaccines.
