Dynamic Digital Biomarkers of Motor and Cognitive Function in Parkinson's Disease
Published on: July 24, 2019
Abstract:
Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease depends on the presence of clinical features such as bradykinesia (slow movement), rigidity and rest tremor, but there are earlier symptoms which may include: ■ Impaired sense of smell. ■ Rapid eye movement sleep behaviour disorder, allowing the 'acting out' of dreams. ■ Constipation. ■ Depression.
