[Cervical pregnancy]

Two cases of cervical pregnancy (CG) are mentioned with description of the clinical course and diagnosis. Treatment of CG is total hysterectomy in approximately 70% of the cases while the remaining 30% are treated conservatively. The maternal mortality is practically zero today whereas it was 40% in 1911.
