Summary

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) using topical aminolevulinic acid (ALA) with multiple light sources for rosacea was well tolerated but did not significantly improve patient-reported outcomes. This study suggests ALA-PDT is safe for rosacea, but efficacy needs further investigation.
