Spontaneous Regression of Choroidal Neovascularization in a Patient with Pattern Dystrophy

Pattern dystrophy associated choroidal neovascularization can resolve spontaneously. This case highlights that observation may be suitable for patients with good visual acuity, as spontaneous regression of choroidal neovascularization is possible.
