Moderate-to-vigorous (MVPA) and light physical activity (LPA) are linked to better aerobic capacity in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). These findings suggest targeting physical activity levels can improve VO2peak in MS patients.

- Targeting both moderate-to-vigorous and light physical activity may be beneficial for improving aerobic capacity in this population.
