Isolated Right Ventricular Apical Trabecular Hypoplasia: A Case Report.

This study presents a rare case of right ventricular (RV) hypoplasia in an adult female. A one-and-a-half ventricular repair significantly improved cardiac function and activity tolerance, suggesting a promising treatment for this condition.
